Processing time

All orders usually are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free Canada shipping for orders more than 150 CAD

Local delivery (Vancouver)

Free local 48 hours delivery is available for orders over 150CAD within West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver Downtown, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, Richmond.

US Shipping

We offer shipping to the Unites States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Firesticker.ca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refund and returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
